Internet Banking
By enrolling in Isabella Bank's NetTeller Internet Banking service ("Internet Banking"), you agree to the addition of the following to the Terms and Conditions for Personal Accounts or for Business Accounts (in either case, the "Rules") governing your Accounts. Terms not otherwise defined have the meanings given to them in the Rules. Internet Banking allows you to transfer funds and review account activity using a personal computer ("PC"). Please read these additional Terms and Conditions carefully and retain them for your records. We have the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time by notice mailed or e-mailed to you at the last address or e-mail address shown for your Eligible Accounts, as defined below, on our records as provided in the Rules, or as otherwise permitted by law.

Section 1. Definitions
"Eligible Account(s)" means the deposit, loan and other accounts you have at Isabella Bank to which you have access through Internet Banking and that does not have transaction restrictions, such as a regular certificate of deposit. "Business Days" are Monday through Friday, except bank holidays. "You" and "your" refers to the person(s) or entity subscribing to or authorized to use Internet Banking; "we," "us" and "our" refers to Isabella Bank .
Section 2. Internet Banking
Internet Banking is an electronic banking service available to you through a PC or similar device, using an access method specified in Section 3. You may use Internet Banking to check the balance in and recent activity of each of your Accounts and to transfer funds between your Eligible Accounts (see Section 6).
The Accounts to which you may have access through Internet Banking are your checking accounts, savings accounts, installment loan accounts, mortgage loan accounts, home equity accounts, line of credit accounts, certificate of deposit accounts, and individual retirement accounts. The number of accounts that you may view if they are Internet Banking enabled is unlimited. Accounts you open after enrollment in Internet Banking will not be included in Internet Banking unless you instruct us in writing otherwise.
Section 3. Access Methods
Use Microsoft® Internet Explorer 4.0 (or higher) with 128-bit encryption or Netscape Navigator 4.0 (or higher) with 128-bit encryption. The Internet web site for Internet Banking is located at "http://www.isabellabank.com" or such other Internet addresses as we may provide. No additional software is required for Internet access. Information is not stored on your PC unless you specifically download it to your PC.
Section 4. Adding, Changing and Removing Accounts
If at any time you wish to change your Eligible Accounts, add an Account, or remove an Account, you must provide us at least ten (10) Business Days advance notice. Call Isabella Bank Customer Service toll free 1-800-651-9111 (outside the Mt. Pleasant area), 989-772-9471 (in the Mt. Pleasant area), or send e-mail to us at support@isabellabank.com.
Section 5. Your Logon ID and Password
You will need a Logon ID and a Password to access Internet Banking. Your Logon ID will be mailed to you in approximately 3 to 5 business days after your application is received by us along with directions for using the system. Your initial Password instructions will be mailed to you with your Logon ID. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD AFTER YOUR INITIAL LOGON TO A NEW PASSWORD WITH 5-8 ALPHA-NUMERIC CHARACTERS. You can change your Password on Internet Banking at any time. You authorize us to follow any instructions entered through Internet Banking using your Logon ID and Password.
For your protection, your access to Internet Banking will be blocked in the event your Logon ID or Password is entered incorrectly on three (3) consecutive access attempts. If this occurs, please call Isabella Bank Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-651-9111 (outside the Mt. Pleasant area) or 989-772-9471 (inside the Mt. Pleasant area).
Because your Logon ID and Password can be used to access money in any of your linked Accounts and to access information about any of your linked Accounts, you should treat your Logon ID and Password with the same degree of care and secrecy that you use to protect other sensitive financial data. You agree not to give your Logon ID or Password, or make them available, to any other person. You also agree to notify us immediately upon the loss of your Password or the discovery of the unauthorized use of your Logon ID or Password.
Section 6. Transfers
Transfers may be made between Eligible Accounts. To schedule a transfer of funds between Eligible Accounts, you must provide the Eligible Accounts from and to which the transfer is to be made and the amount to be transferred. Any attempted transfer that exceeds the available balance in the Eligible Account from which the funds are to be transferred will not be made.
After you send the transfer instructions, you will receive a confirmation number. You should record this confirmation number in your records because it will help us resolve any questions you may have concerning a transfer.
Section 7. Timing of Transfers
Transfers of available funds may be made any day at any time. Transfers made after 6 p.m. Monday through Friday will be processed on the next business day but will show in your available balance.
Section 8. Reviewing Transfers
Internet Banking automatically includes records of past transfers as part of your account activity that can be displayed online. You can also download up to ninety (90) days of account history, including transfers, to your PC.
Section 9. Balance Inquiries
You may use Internet Banking to check the balances and recent activity of your Accounts. Any balance shown by Internet Banking will include a date as of which the balance is current. The balance shown by Internet Banking may not be your actual available balance. It may include deposits still subject to verification by us. The balance shown may also differ from your records because it may not include deposits in progress, outstanding checks, or other withdrawals, payments, or charges, or items in process.
Section 10. Statements
All of your transfers made through Internet Banking will appear on your monthly Account statement(s) and will be identified by initiation date and amount transferred. You may also review and/or download the current cycle’s statement plus the prior two (2) months statements.
Section 11. Electronic Mail Messages
Because we may transmit information to you electronically, you will need to provide us with an e-mail address. Internet Banking also provides you with the ability to send electronic mail messages to communicate information to us. Please remember that electronic mail messages sent through Internet Banking may not be immediately received by us. These messages are sent by regular e-mail and are not protected as your banking transactions are. In addition, once you retrieve electronic mail messages sent through Internet Banking, they are not available for subsequent retrieval in future online banking sessions. If you need to contact us immediately, please see Section 17.
Section 12. Fees
Internet Banking is a free service provided by Isabella Bank . All other fees applicable to your Accounts remain in effect. See your Account Terms and Conditions for other fees that may be applicable.
Section 13. Equipment
We are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury resulting from (a) an interruption in your electrical power or telephone service; (b) disconnection of your telephone service by your local telephone company or from deficiencies in your line quality; or (c) any defect or malfunction of your PC, modem or telephone service; or (d) Isabella Bank ’s NetTeller Internet Banking systems. We are not responsible for any products or services relating to your PC, other than those specified herein. We also are not responsible for any damage to your PC, software, modem, telephone or other property resulting from the use of Internet Banking including any damage resulting from a virus.
Section 14. Hours of Operation
Internet Banking is available seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day, except during maintenance periods or periods during which Internet Banking otherwise is not operable.
Section 15. Your Rights and Liabilities
If your Eligible Accounts are personal accounts, your rights and liabilities regarding losses that occur because your Logon ID or Password is used without your permission, or with respect to errors, are outlined in the "Electronic Funds Transfers Disclosure Statement" that was given to you when your Account was opened and will be mailed to you with your Logon ID.
Section 16. Authorization to Obtain and Disclose Information
In addition to the other provisions of the Rules, you agree that we may obtain information regarding your Eligible Accounts and disclose information about your Accounts to third parties in order to support Internet Banking.
Section 17. Termination
You may terminate your use of Internet Banking at any time by:
You must notify us at least ten (10) Business Days prior to the date on which you wish to have your enrollment in Internet Banking terminated. We may require that your request be in writing.
We may terminate at any time your access to Internet Banking, in whole or in part, for any reason without prior notice. Termination will not affect your liability or obligations for transfers we have processed on your behalf.
Section 18. Limitation of Liability
Except as otherwise provided herein or by law, we are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, caused by Internet Banking or your use of Internet Banking or arising in any way out of the installation, use, or maintenance of Quicken, MS Money or other software.
