The Boards of Directors for Isabella Bank and Isabella Bank Corporation are pleased to announce that at their May 26th Board meeting each Board elected Mr. David J. Maness to chairman.  Mr. Maness succeeds Mr. James C. Fabiano as chairman of the Isabella Bank Corporation Board and Mr. William J. Strickler as chairman of the Isabella Bank Board.  Both Mr. Fabiano and Mr. Strickler continue to serve on both of the Boards. 

Mr. Maness has been a director of the Corporation since 2004 and of the Bank since 2003.  Outside of his contributions to the Boards, Mr. Maness is President of Maness Petroleum, a geological and geophysical consulting services company.  He served as a member of the Mount Pleasant School Board of Education for several years and is actively involved with several professional organizations including the Society of Exploration Geophysicists and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.  Mr. Maness and his wife Mary reside in Mount Pleasant.
